Onko tämä magnolia? En ole ihan varma. Is this magnolia? I'm not sure. Joka tapauksessa näitä puita oli kaupungissa paljon ja voi vain kuvitella miltä ne näyttävät täydessä kukassa. Anyway there was lots of these trees in town. One can only imagine how it looks when they are blooming.

Kaarlen silta on yksi kaupungin pakollisista käyntikohteista. Kylmä tuuli ei haitannut kulkijoita. Välillä silta oli niin täynnä ihmisiä, että kulkeminen oli hankalaa. Reunoilla oli esiintyjiä ja kauppiaita. Ostin kahdet kissakorvakorut. Nyt puuttuu enää reiät korvista, että voin alkaa käyttää erilaisia korviksia (auts!)
Charles bridge is one of the most popular places in town. Turists didn't mind about the cold wind and every now and then the bridge was so full of people that it was hard to walk there. There was also funny entertainers and hawkers . I bought two pairs of cat-shaped earrings. Now I have to get holes to wear them (auts!)

Lähellä Tanssivaa taloa on pieni kirkko, johon poikkesimme sadekuuron vuoksi myös. Siellä oli hirvittävän kylmä ja olimme jo lähdössä pois, kun naispuolinen työntekijä halusikin esitellä meille kirkon ja vei meidät omaan työhuoneeseensa saakka. Siellä sentään oli lämmin. Vielä pastori (en tiedä oliko pappi, mutta isosta rististä kaulassa päättelin näin) havainnollisti alttarilta loistavan akustiikan pienellä ääninäytteellä ja valitteli lopuksi väsymystään 10 lapsenlapsen mummina.
Near the Dancing house is a small church. We went inside because of the rain again. It was very cold and we were just leaving when the priest (I'm not sure she was a priest) came and wanted to inroduce us the church. She also gave us a voice sample by singing from the altar. Great acoustic. At the end she wished us happy Ester and was sorry about being tired after taking care of 10 grandchildren.
