Matt Prestonin helppo leipä - Matt Preston's easy bread

Tämän helpompaa leipää ei olekaan. Tee taikina illalla sekoittamalla kaikki ainekset keskenään ja laita jääkaappiin yöksi. Paista aamulla.
This is easiest bread ever. Make the dough in the evening, put it on fridge and bake in the morning.

Matt Prestonin helppo leipä

1 rkl suolaa (1 tbs salt)
1 rkl kuivahiivaa (1 tbs yeast)
1 kg jauhoja (laitoin kaikki pussinpohjat) (1kg flour )

Paista 200 asteessa noin tunti.

Take half of the dough and put it on baking tray. No kneading, no shaping. The other half can be baked buns.
Bake 200 degrees about one hour.

Päälle voita ja aprikoosihilloa. Maistuu niin hyvältä aamukahvin kanssa.
Butter and apricot jam. So good with morning coffee.

  2. You assked what Black Friday means - it is the day after Thanksgiving Day in USA and the day that chops start to hype up their Christmas shopping by offering reduced prices and bargains. It has fairly recently been copied here in UK and last Friday there were fights and people getting trampled in the rush for bargains TV, i-pads and suchlike, in some of our supermarkets according to the news. Madness of course and especially in USA when they have just spent the previous day giving thanks for what they have to then go trampling over each other in the rush to buy more things they probably don't need! Be grateful you don't have it in Finland as it is totally mad.

  3. I see, spending money and people get trambled! Oh my! Why do we people think we need so much new things every year. Here in Finland bargains and low prices time begins after Christmas. Then everything is cheaper than before Christmas.
